By analyzing early Western mythological literature and related research by others, he found that the two protruding circles of the heart-shaped symbol are very similar to the shape of a woman's buttocks when viewed from behind. Poulanzaron said that Aphrodite in Greek mythology was very beautiful all over, and her two semi-circular buttocks were particularly perfect, so much so that the Greeks specially built a temple called "Aphrodite's Beautiful Buttocks" for this purpose. A British expert expressed a similar view, believing that the heart-shaped symbol evolved from the shape of a woman’s buttocks seen in the eyes of men during sexual intercourse.
